28/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Union and India have agreed to strengthen economic and political cooperation in the resolution on "EU/Indian partnership in the 21st century" (including an action plan), which was adopted at the first bilateral summit which took place in Lisbon on Wednesday. EUROPE will later be covering the outcome in more detail.
