Brussels, 28/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission declared illegal the German aid paid to the steel group Salgitter, Preussah Stahl (PSAG) and its subsidiaries. It called for the repayment of this aid whose exact total remains to be assessed by Germany in co-operation with the Commission.
