ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) gas

ROYAL DUTCH/SHELL is to invest its gas business in a joint enterprise, evaluated at $3 billion, with the American oil construction group BECHTEL. The new entity will be held at 75% by SHELL and at 25% by BECHTEL.
