BC PARTNERS, specialised in capital investment, has announced the acquisition of POLLYCONCEPT, a subsidiary of the Dutch trading group HAGEMEYER. Established in 14 countries, POLLYCONCEPT (annual turnover EUR 350 million) creates, imports and distributes a range of promotional articles.
