BCP - BANCO COMERCIAL PORTUGUËS, the largest Portuguese finance company, has disbursed EUR 455 million to increase its stake from 2.3% to 25% in INTERAMERICAN HELLENIC LIFE, the largest Greek insurance group. The two groups concluded, moreover, an agreement for the creation of a new banking subsidiary in Greece called NOVABANK in which they will each hold 50%.
