Berlin, 08/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - In a speech in Berlin last week, Pier Virgilio Dastoli, Secretary General of the International European Movement and spokesman for the Permanent Forum of Civil Society, stressed some essential points of the declaration that a certain number of NGOs would be handing in to the Portuguese and French presidencies regarding the EU's Charter of Fundamental Rights, on the occasion of the Feira Summit.
