Anti-dumping investigation into certain polyethylene film originating in Korea and India

Brussels, 08/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European commission has decided to initiate an anti-duping proceeding concerning the imports of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film originating from India and Korea. The elements of proof provided by four Community producers seem indeed to lend credence to the existence of large margins of dumping and consequent injury to the European industry.
