Commissioner de Palacio explains significance and importance of Galileo project, stressing its exclusively civilian nature

Brussels, 08/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - "Galileo is an entirely civilian system, and there will be no frequency reserved for the military", stressed Loyola de Palacio during a press conference devoted to the promotion of this European satellite navigation project.
