BANQUE ARJIL ET COMPAGNIE, holding company of the business bank of the group LAGARDERE ET ASSOCIES BANQUE, has sold the British investment bank DRESDNER KLEINWORT BENSON 100% of the capital in VENDOME LEASE (FF 900 million in outstanding credits with a net result of some FF 7 million), its leasing subsidiary specialised in funding vehicle fleets and industrial and computer equipment.
