Brussels, 08/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The EU and the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) resume their talks on Friday for a free trade area. The negotiations begun in April and confirmed during the last joint ministerial session end May should make it possible to come to a conclusion by the end of the year according to the Gulf countries, or during next year according to the European party.
