Erkki Liikanen invites States and European regions to pool their efforts to catch up delay in the new economy

Brussels, 08/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - Erkki Liikanen, European Commissioner responsible for the Information Society, stressed the reasons to explain why Europe is lagging behind in the field of electronic commerce and urged for the pooling of European resources.
