NORSKE SKOGINDUSTRIER (Norway) plans to sell its pulp business to Sweden's SÖDRA (annual sales of around SEK 8 billion with capacity of 1.5 million tonnes) for NOK 2 billion. This activity, conducted at two different plants, represents annual production of 480,000 tonnes of pulp and turnover of close to NOK 1.6 billion.
