Anna Diamantopoulou calls on Council to urgently adopt the Commission's package of proposals

Brussels, 09/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - "Racism and xenophobia are at the other extreme to that which founded the European construction", declared Anna Diamantopoulou during a meeting, on 8 February in Brussels, with the president of the European Observatory of racist and xenophobic phenomena, Jean Kahn.
