ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) information technology

The French firm TRANSICIEL (sales of FRF 1.6 billion expected for fiscal 1999 with 5,000 employees) has acquired 100% of Belgium's IT SOFTWARE (sales of FEB 140 million expected for 1999 with a workforce of 60), a consulting systems and network solutions firm. The transaction was carried out by TRANSICIEL BELGIUM, a venture set up for the purpose of conducting this kind of operation.
