MEPs approve provisional agreement with EU Council on directive harmonising various aspects of insolvency law

11/12/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 11 December, with 20 votes in favour, 3 against and one abstention, MEPs in the Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) approved the provisional political agreement reached on 19 November between the Parliament and the Council on the directive harmonising various aspects of insolvency law in the EU (see EUROPE B13756A17).
