The appeals by the two US tech giants Meta and Apple against the fines imposed on them under the DMA were published in the Official Journal of the EU on Monday 6 October, two months after they were lodged with the Court of Justice of the EU(see EUROPE B13675A15).
Apple and Meta were fined €500 million and €200 million respectively by the EU for breaching the Digital Markets Act (DMA) (see EUROPE B13626A2).
