MEPs approve EU Council position on financial services reporting obligations at second reading

07/10/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 7 October, MEPs approved at second reading the EU Council’s position on the amendment of several regulations aimed at adapting certain reporting obligations in the field of financial services and investment support. At second reading, MEPs approved the compromise negotiated with the EU Member States (see EUROPE B13548A17).
