EU trade ministers to hold extraordinary meeting on 14 July

19/06/2025 (Agence Europe) – The Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union has called an extraordinary Trade Council for Monday 14 July. The ministers will examine two burning issues: the EU/Mercosur trade agreement and trade relations with the United States. On the first issue, the European Commission is due to submit a draft decision to the EU Council in the next few days.
