Luxembourg, 12/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of First Instance made an over-restrictive interpretation of the notion of excusable error, ruled the Fifth Chamber of the Court of Justice recently. In its judgement, the Court of First Instance ruled that an appeal by a Greek student, Athanasios Pitsiorlas, who needed a copy of the 1987 Basle/Nyborg Agreement on the reinforcement of the European Monetary System for his PhD thesis.
