12/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - In a letter to EP President Pat Cox, Belgian Radical MEP elected in Italy, Olivier Dupuis, queries the ad hoc delegation for Chechnya's stated intention to act as observers to the upcoming elections in Chechnya. The ad hoc committee is chaired by Finnish Socialist Reino Paasilinna.
