EUR 500 million loan to modernise Spain's rail infrastructure

Luxembourg, 12/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) has announced a EUR 500 million loan to Spain's national rail company, Red Nacional de los Ferrocarriles Españoles (RENFE), for part-financing projects to upgrade and modernise railway infrastructure in Spain.
