Luxembourg, 12/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday in Luxembourg, the Agriculture Council reached an unanimous political agreement on the new directive establishing measures to control outbreaks of foot and mouth disease (EUROPE of 7 June 2003, p.8).
