GDF - GAZ DE FRANCE has acquired 40% of ITALCOGIM business activities, fourth distributor and number one private operator in natural gas in Italy. The transaction only involves natural gas activities at ITALCOGIM RETI and ITALCOGIM VENDITE (total turnover of more than EUR 200 million in 2002).
