Parliament encourages third country nationals to come to EU after their studies, vocational training or voluntary service

Strasbourg, 12/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - Last Tuesday, the European Parliament adopted, in Strasbourg, the report by French Socialist Martine Roure on the draft directive relating to the conditions for the entry and stay in the EU of third country nationals once they have completed their studies, vocational training or voluntary service (consultation) The Parliament also calls for the directive to be applied to unpaid research workers and for greater administrative flexibility in order to...
