Franco-Spanish group ALTADIS has bought up 80% of the REGIE DES TABACS MAROCAINS (annual turnover equivalent to around USD 800 million, with four processing units and 20,000 sales outlets), the Moroccan tobacco monopoly for EUR 890 million.
