12/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Council has formally adopted its resolution concerning the horizontal aspects of culture entitled "Increasing synergies with other sectors and Community actions and exchanging of good practices in relation to social and economic dimensions of culture" (see EUROPE of 3 May, p;11). With this resolution, the Council invites the Commission to present a communication by the end of the year on the cultural dimension of EU structural funds during the period...
