03/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The president of Taiwan's parliament was in Strasbourg on Tuesday where he met several MEPs and also President Pat Cox, but, as German Social Democrat Jannis Sakellariou regretted in plenary, his delegation had to "depart hastily" as it had only received a 24-hour visa from the French authorities.
