03/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - Paddy Ashdown, the EU's Special Representative for Bosnia-Herzegovina addressed the PSC (Political and Security Committee) in Brussels on Wednesday on the impact of a potential withdrawal of the United Nations mission. He also met Commissioner Chris Patten and Javier Solana, EU High Representative for EFSP.
