Strasbourg, 03/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - CDU European member Elmar Brok, President of the EPP component at the European Convention, announced on Tuesday in Strasbourg that the EPP had decided to present the first draft text for a "constitutional treaty" in September. The text is a point of departure and will naturally be open to amendments, said Mr Brok.
