Council adopts Directive on Community system for monitoring sea traffic and information

Brussels, 03/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - During the Environment Council held last Tuesday in Luxembourg, the Council adopted without debate and taking on board all the amendments voted in second reading by the European Parliament, the Directive relating to the setting in place of a Community system for monitoring sea traffic and information.
