03/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the Special Agriculture Committee that prepares for the EU agriculture ministers' meetings will be examining the European Commission's request on that the Council gives it a negotiating mandate for the WTO to change the EU rice and cereal import schemes (see Europe of 1/2 July, p.13).
