Brussels, 22/05/2001 (Agence Europe) - "The aim of this Forum is not to provide conclusions but an atmosphere", Commissioner Michel Barnier told a few journalists before the launch of the second European Forum on Cohesion, which was held in Brussels on Monday and Tuesday in the presence of over 1,800 participants, ministers, MEPs, and representatives of the regions of Member States as well as of candidate countries, with as aim to launch the debate on the future of regional policy.
