The US's largest cruiseline, CARNIVAL, will be selling its 25% stake in the UK-based tour operator AIRTOURS (UK£ 2.1 billion in 2000). The stake, to be sold through an institutional placing, was valued at £354 million (for the company's 123.3 million shares).
