The Belgian group CONCENTRA will increase to 99% it stake in the capital of the publishing group RUG - REGIONALE UITGEVERS GROEP (dailies Het Belang van Limburg and Gazet van Antwerpen). To do this it signed an agreement with two Catholic ASBL that still hold 32.9% of RUG and 10.95% of its subsidiary DE VLIJT. In exchange, they will receive a 10.85% stake in CONCENTRA.
