ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) insurance

The French reinsurance company SCOR has announced that it has acquired the reinsurance division of the French company GROUPAMA for EUR 344 million by means of an exchange of shares. GROUPAMA will receive around 15% of SCOR's capital, making it the company's biggest shareholder.
