France's BULL (total turnover of EUR 3.2 billion in 2000) has announced that it is negotiating en exclusivit to sell the European division of its information technology services subsidiary INTEGRIS (EUR 840 million turnover in 2000, workforce of 5000) to STERIA (EUR 389 million turnover in 2000 and a stake in CARAVELLE and the investment fund AXA PRIVATE EQUITY for a total of EUR 300 million). This will allow BULL to hold up a maximum of around 15% of STERIA.
