The suffering Belgian group L&H - LERNOUT & HAUSPIE SPEECH PRODUCTS, in conjunction with the Belgian judiciary, concluded an agreement with the company SAIL LABS after which it bought 100% of SAIL LABS BVBA, the subsidiary of the latter active in the management of intelligent content, for EUR 9 million.
