ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) brewing

The Danish brewing group CARLSBERG BREWERIES offered to buy 49.99% of the share in the Polish brewer OKOCIM, in which it already held 50.01%, at the price of au Zylots 16.25 per share. The Danish offer values OKICIM at Zylots 357.5 millions, or around EUR 102 million.
