Embarrassed, Commission resumes procedure against French aid to biofuels, following ruling of Court of First Instance

Brussels, 30/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has resumed its examination of French State aid for biofuels, its positive decision of 1997 having been annulled in September by a ruling of the Court of First Instance (CFI).
