ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banks

In Germany, the Landesbanken HELABA and BAYERISCHE LANDESBANK have announced to creation of a joint venture with the British investment bank GRANVILLE BAIRD. Named HBB CAPITAL ADVISERS GROUP, this new company will concentrate in priority on mergers and acquisition of SMEs in Germany.
