The Italian BIPOP-CARIRE is negotiating the acquisition of a controlling stake in the Spanish fund manager SAFEI (more that EUR 2 billion is managed assets with 27 branches). It is holding talks on this issue with GRUCYCSA, main SAFEI shareholder active in finance, tourism and services.
