Brussels, 30/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - When speaking before the European Parliament gathered in plenary session in Brussels over the failure of the conference in The Hague on climatic change, Commissioner Margot Wallström said that the latest proposals presented would have lead - if they had been adopted - to a weakening of the reduction in emission accepted in Kyoto and bring into question environmental integrity.
