The American equipment maker DANA announced the sale of QUINTON HAZELL, its British subsidiary specialised in spare parts. This group is among the main manufacturers of spare parts in Europe where it has 14 sites and a turnover of USD 275 million. DANA has a turnover of USD 13.2 billion in 1999 of which 12.7 billion made in the automobile spare parts sector.
