French company Biret International calls for reparations for prejudice suffered due to embargo on American hormone meat

Luxembourg, 23/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - Trader in foodstuffs, the French company Biret International calls on the European Court of First Instance to condemn the Council to pay FF 87 million to it in damages and interests for the prejudice it suffered due to the European embargo on hormone beef of American origin.
