British electromechanical group INVENSYS has announced the separation of its POWER SYSTEM branch from the rest of its activities. POWER SYSTEM (turnover £1.6 billion at the end of the financial period ending September 2000), which mainly manufactures systems for the conversion and storage of electricity, will have around 25% of its capital on the stock market, states the group.
