The German group ALLIANZ is under discussion with the Korean bank HANA BANK concerning the sale to the latter of 50% of its subsidiary FRANCE LIFE INSURANCE. ALLIANZ is, moreover, the main shareholder of HANA BANK, with a 12.46% stake.
