The Belgian firm DECEUNINCK (281 million euro turnover in 1999 in 33 countries), the world's third largest extrusion group, has taken a 4.95% stake in the French firm HUIS CLOS (expected turnover for 2000 of FF 350 million), specialised in PVC window frames, at 48 euro a share.
