ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

CHARBONNAGES DE FRANCE has announced that the Spanish electricity company ENDESA is soon to take a 30% stake in its electricity subsidiary SNET - SOCIETE NATIONAL D'ELECTRICITE ET DE THERMIQUE. The cost of the transaction has not been disclosed but should amount to 360 million euro.
