ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) aviation

The Belgian group AVIAPARTNER has concluded an agreement with the Swedish civil aviation authorities with a view to acquiring their 50% stake in NOVIA HOLDING. The amount of the transaction has not been disclosed. NOVIA (turnover DEK 500 million in 2000) mainly provides assistance to passengers and runway assistance at the airports of Copenhagen, Stockholm and Gothenburg, and freight handling at the Danish airport.
