Brussels, 14/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The fourth session of the Euro-Mediterranean Conference opens on Wednesday evening (18h30) in Marseilles with the participation of 11 of the 15 European foreign ministers (Italy, Greece and the Netherlands will be represented at a lower level) and their 12 colleagues of Mediterranean partner countries.
